I just wanted to send out a heartfelt "Thank You" to you – Jesse. You could have been anywhere in the world last night but you chose to give your precious time to the Sloan Kettering Holiday Party in NYC.
I wanted to let you know, in case you did not realize this, that your appearance at the party was the highlight for my daughter, Shannon. Shannon has been through so much over her life – she is only 12 y/o. The fact that you also let my son, Sean grab some photos and an autograph, well that meant more than you know to us. Most importantly, Jesse, you gave Shannon a new dose of "HOPE." She left that party like she was all that! She went to school this morning with stars in her eyes and her heart skipping a beat.
